According to Sparebanken Vest's leading employees' bonus scheme,
leading employees will receive previously earned Equity Certificates (SVEG) as part of
the bonus based on results for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
1/3 of the Equity Certificates (SVEG) earned in 2017, 2018 and 2019
are transferred today. Primary insider allocation is attached (Form in Norwegian only).
The bank has transferred 54,644 Equity Certificates (SVEG). After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 223,679 Equity Certificates (SVEG).
