Espoo, Finland, 27 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Nordhealth AS ("Nordhealth" or the "Company") on 25 May 2021 regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Offering").
Charles MacBain, CEO of Nordhealth, has through his majority owned company Three Plus Group Luxembourg SA sold 6,373,500 class A shares at NOK 40.786 per share in the Offering. Following this transaction, Charles MacBain will hold 6,373,502 class A shares and 29,742,998 class B shares in Nordhealth through Three Plus Group Luxembourg SA.
Valter Pasanen, CFO of Nordhealth, has through his company Oy Pasanen & Co Oy sold 86,313 class A shares at NOK 40.786 per share in the Offering. Following this transaction, Valter Pasanen will hold 86,313 class A shares and 402,796 class B shares in Nordhealth through Oy Pasanen & Co Oy.
Janne Huttunen, Board Member and CPO Veterinary of Nordhealth, has sold 583,537 class A shares at NOK 40.786 per share in the Offering. Following this transaction, Janne Huttunen will hold 583,537 class A shares and 2,723,175 class B shares in Nordhealth.
Olli Venemies, Board Member and CEO Therapy of Nordhealth, has sold 154,920 class A shares at NOK 40.786 per share in the Offering. Following this transaction, Olli Venemies will hold 154,922 class A shares and 722,967 class B shares in Nordhealth.
Juha Huttunen, COO Veterinary of Nordhealth, has sold 154,922 class A shares at NOK 40.786 per share in the Offering. Following this transaction, Juha Huttunen will hold 154,921 class A shares and 722,966 class B shares in Nordhealth.
