The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 150,000 new share options to 184 employees in 2021, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 15, 2020. The options may be exercised in 2023. The strike price for the options will be NOK 194.85 (average market price during the subscription period) adjusted for dividends that exceeds 50 percent of earnings per share from June 2021 until exercising in 2023.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,956,660.
