Oslo, Norway, 6 July 2021: Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or the "Company") announces that CCPartner AS today has completed a transaction where it has sold 100.000 shares of NOK 12.50 per share, which is regarded as PDMR/PCA trades under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR"): · CCPartner AS, a person closely related to Frank J. Berg, Chairman of the Company, has sold 20,000 shares to Mothe Invest AS, a person closely related to Frank J. Berg, and 80,000 shares to children who are not close associates. Following completion of the transactions CCPartner AS holds 3,202,040 shares in the Company, and Mothe Invest AS holds 41,781 shares in the Company. The transaction took place on 6 July 2021. Cloudberry refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with MAR article 19.
