Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS): Mandatory notification of trade

In connection with a mandatory offer made by NTS ASA ("NTS") in accordance with chapter 6 of the Securities Trading Act, Gåsø Næringsutvikling AS ("Gåsø Næringsutvikling") has agreed to sell all of its 1,624,607 shares in Norway Royal Salmon ASA ("NRS") to NTS, corresponding to 3.72% of the total number of outstanding shares and votes in NRS. The transaction will be completed in accordance with the offer price in the mandatory offer, and settlement will be made prior to the expiration of the offer period in the mandatory offer. Following completion of this transaction, Gåsø Næringsutvikling will no longer hold Shares in NRS. In addition, in connection with the financing of the mandatory offer, NTS has pledged 91,094  shares in NRS to the benefit of Nordea Bank Apb, filial i Norge. NTS is considered a company that is a close associate of chairman of the Board and primary insider of NRS, Helge Gåsø. This notification has been submitted pursuant to the Securities Trading Act § 5 -12 and MAR Article 19 no. 3.
