R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 6 September 2021. R8 Group AS, a close associate of Emil Eriksrød, CEO and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 9,870 shares at NOK 38.00 per share. Following the transaction, R8 Group AS will own 9,736,754 shares in R8 Property ASA. Emil Eriksrød does not hold any shares personally or through any other close associates. The share purchase is made pursuant to the terms of a share sale agreement between R8 Group AS and an external investor signed on 7 October 2019, which also included an obligation for R8 Group AS to repurchase the shares at certain prices and intervals if requested by the other party. The total number of remaining shares with repurchase obligations under the agreement is 108,183 shares. Please refer to the attached notification of trading for further details.
