Tove Andersen, President and CEO of TOMRA Systems ASA, has today bought 10,000
purchase-options in TOMRA Systems ASA from Latour Förvaltning AB at a price of
NOK 51.40 per option. The options grant Tove Andersen the right to acquire
10,000 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 592.90 per share and can be
exercised in December 2025.
After the transaction Tove Andersen holds 2,000 shares and 10,000 options in
TOMRA Systems ASA.
