R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 18 November 2021. Aubert Invest AS, Holta & Co AS and Sonja og Emil Auberts Legat, close associates of George Aubert, Chair of the board and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 14,000 shares each – a total of 42,000 shares - at NOK 34.45 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following the transactions, Aubert Invest AS will own 545,042 shares in R8 Property ASA, Holta & Co AS will own 389,000 shares in R8 Property ASA and Sonja og Emil Auberts Legat will own 151,000 shares in R8 Property ASA.
