Kahoot! ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Oslo, 2 December 2021: Jostein Håvaldsrud, primary insider and CTO in Kahoot! ASA (“Kahoot!”), has today increased his shareholding in Kahoot! by 127,000 shares. Through his wholly owned company JEMS Holding AS, Håvaldsrud has acquired 20,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 45.80 per shares, 17,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 46.10 per shares, 30,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 46.12 per shares, 30,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 46.16 per shares, 30,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 46.20 per shares. Following the transactions, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds in total 370,097 shares in Kahoot! through JEMS Holding AS and personally. In addition, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds 500,000 stock options.
