(Oslo 15 February 2022) Geir Bjørlo, member of the Board of Directors of Q-Free
ASA, has today bought 34,947 shares in Q-Free ASA, at an average price of NOK
7.38 per share. The shares were acquired through Illuminator AS, a company
controlled by Bjørlo. Following the transaction, Bjørlo controls 152,093 shares
in Q-Free ASA.
