With reference to announcement made 12 November 2020, NPP Capital AS, a company 100% owned by Alf Martin Johansen, and Induct AS has agreed to convert the loan according to the agreement. The calculated conversion rate is NOK 6,84 per share. NOK 5 million will be converted to 730.994 shares in Induct AS.
The shares will be transferred to the lenders coordinated by NPP Capital AS.
Solvik Holding AS, a company fully owned by board member Ole Jørgen Karud, will receive 241.408 shares in Induct as one of the receiving lenders. After the transaction, Solvik Holding AS holds 521.408 shares in Induct AS.
After the transaction, NPP Capital AS continues to hold 1.851.838 shares in Induct AS.
