According to Sparebanken Vest's bonus scheme, primary insiders will receive previously earned Equity Certificates as part of the bonus based on results for 2018 and 2019. 1/3 of the Equity Certificates earned in 2018 and 2019 are transferred today. Primary insider allocation is attached (form in Norwegian only). The bank transfers a total of 43,587 Equity Certificates. This includes the transfer to employees that are not primary insiders. After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 141,699 Equity Certificates. Bergen, 4 April 2022.
