Rising Group AS, a close associate of Emil Eriksrød, CEO and primary insider of Recreate ASA, has today purchased 8,000 shares at NOK 23.795 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Following the transaction, Rising Group AS will own 9,817,352 shares in Recreate ASA.
