Averøy, Norway, 4 October 2022 Kontrari AS, which is closely associated with Jan Erik Sivertsen, Board Member and primary insider of Nordic Halibut AS, has on 4 October 2022 purchased 13 295 shares in the company for a nominal amount of NOK 282 785 at an average price of NOK 21,27 per share.
