Endúr ASA – Mandatory notifications of trade

Artec Holding AS, a company closely associated with Bjørn Finnøy, board member of Endúr ASA (the "Company"), has on 9 March 2023 sold 642,921 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 40.50 per share. Following the transaction, Artec Holding AS holds 8,598,313 shares, equal to approximately 26.42% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company. Jörn Ryberg Holding AB, a company closely associated with board member Jörn Ryberg, has on 9 March 2023 sold 134,575 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 40.50 per share. Following the transaction, Jörn Ryberg Holding AB holds 1,799,789 shares, equal to approximately 5.53% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.
