closely related party to Kathrine Gamborg Andreassen, director of the board of
directors in the Company), has on 15 March 2024 sold 200,000 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 0.42.
Following the sale, Soleglad Invest AS holds 618,760 shares in the Company. Copy
