Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements in connection with the merger of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, including the stock exchange announcement on 1 October 2024 regarding the completion of the merger.
In connection with the completion of the merger, the following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have been allocated shares in SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA at a subscription price of NOK 130.60 per share:
Inge Reinertsen, CEO of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, has been allocated 7,225 shares. Following the completion of the merger, Inge Reinertsen together with close associate, holds a total of 121,782 shares.
Per Halvorsen, Deputy CEO of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, has been allocated 11,722 shares. Following the completion of the merger, Per Halvorsen holds a total of 11,722 shares.
