The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet 1 November 2024 for use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been redistributed to the participating employees at a price of NOK 157.50 in accordance with their savings amount.
Qualified participants under the savings programme of 2022, will receive ECCs in accordance with their savings amount at the time.
After allocation the Bank will own 0 equity capital certificates.
