Oslo, 12 December 2024 Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Oncoinvent ASA (the "Company") on 10 December 2024 regarding the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company with NOK 333,370 by the issuance of 3,333,700 new shares in connection with a private placement of in total 65 million new shares (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of 0.10, at a subscription price of NOK 2 per Offer Share, resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of 130 million (the "Private Placement"). In connection with the share capital increase, the following primary insiders and close associates have been allocated Offer Shares: • Charles Gillies O’Bryan-Tear, chairperson of the board of directors, has been allocated 350,000 Offer Shares; • Teakay Invest AS, a company closely associated to Ingrid Teigland Akay, board member, has been allocated 192,495 Offer Shares; • Abakus Invest AS, a company closely associated to Øystein Soug, CEO of the Company, has been allocated 150,000 Offer Shares; • K Og K AS, a company closely associated to Kari Grønås, board member, has been allocated 75,000 Offer Shares; • Itza AS, a company closely associated to Tore Kvam, CFO of the Company, has been allocated 50,000 Offer Shares; • Stian Brekke, head of regulatory affairs in the Company has been allocated 37,500 Offer Shares; • Gro Hjellum, chief operating officer of the Company, has been allocated 30,000 Offer Shares; and • Kristine Lofthus, chief production officer of the Company has been allocated 2,222 Offer Shares.
