According to Sparebanken Vest's bonus scheme, primary insiders will receive previously earned Equity Certificates as part of the bonus based on results for accounting years 2021, 2022 and 2023. These Equity Certificates have been transferred today.
Primary insider allocation is attached (form in Norwegian only).
The bank transfers a total of 32,040 Equity Certificates. This includes the transfer to employees that are not primary insiders. After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 23,612 Equity Certificates.
