26 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Odfjell Technology Ltd (the "Company") on 26 February 2026 regarding the successful completion of a tap issue of NOK 600 million in the outstanding senior secured bonds due 16 September 2028 (ISIN NO0013326090). Helene Odfjell, chair of the Company's board of directors and a primary insider of the Company, has been allocated 1 bond unit with a par value of NOK 1,250,000, for a total of NOK 1,250,000. Kjetil Grønskag, a close associate of Helene Odfjell, has been allocated 1 bond unit with a par value of NOK 1,250,000, for a total of NOK 1,250,000. Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd, which is controlled by the Company's ultimate beneficial owner, Helene Odfjell, has been allocated 48 bond units with a par value of NOK 1,250,000 each, for a total of NOK 60,000,000.
