- K4 Invest AS, controlled by Ole Rogstad Jørstad, member of the Board of Ocean GeoLoop, has today bought 15,000 shares in Ocean GeoLoop at an average price of NOK 35,2727 per share. After the transaction, K4 Invest AS holds 429,666 shares in Ocean GeoLoop.
