Oslo, 6 September 2022: Ousdal AS, close associate of Riulf Rustad, Chair of the
Board of Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Company"), has on 6
September 2022 acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 352.144
per share. Following the transaction, Ousdal AS holds a total of 200,000 shares
in the Company, equivalent to approximately 0.78% of the Company's shares. In
addition, Riulf Rustad holds 343,000 options, each option giving the right to
acquire or subscribe for one share in the Company upon exercise.
