Company announcement No. 136 On 22 March 2023, Sigrid Hovalt Skovsgaard Walde, a person closely associated to PDMR Mikkel Walde, purchased 6,055 B-shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.04 per share, and Sofus Hovalt Skovsgaard Walde, a person closely associated to PDMR Mikkel Walde, purchased 3,755 B-shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.04 per share. After the transaction Mikkel Waldes`s total number of shares (all share classes), including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 15,814,379 shares and 140,000 warrants.
