Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, a close associate of Atef Abou Merhi, member of the Board of Directors of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) has 18 December 2023 acquired 2,593,309 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 1.2301 per share. Following the transaction, Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC holds a total of 112,426,391 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 22.4% of the Company’s shares.
