Kongsberg Automotive ASA has, through his closely related company B.K. Company
ApS, purchased 1,500,000 shares in the company at an average price of NOK 1.5012
on March 12, 2024. After the purchase, Brian Kristoffersen and his closely
related parties hold 11,509,418 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA.
