Sandnes, Norway, 18 December 2024: The CEO of Zaptec ASA ("Zaptec" or the "Company") Kurt Østrem has on 18 December 2024, purchased 120,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 9.47 through his fully owned company Østrem Invest AS. Following the transaction, Østrem Invest AS owns 1,130,000 shares in Zaptec ASA. In addition, Kurt Østrem holds 300,000 options in the Company. The CFO & Deputy CEO of Zaptec ASA Eirik Fjellså Hærem has on 18 December 2024 purchased 100,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 9.47.
