SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mandatory notification of trade from primary insiders

5 November 2025 - Reference is made to the release 3 November 2025 regarding CFO Kjartan Bø stepping down as of 31 January 2026. In connection to his resignation Kjartan Bø has, through his fully owned company KBI AS, exited SmartCraft's long -term investment program (LITP) on 4 November 2024. Previously, KBI AS held 1 150 000 shares in the LTIP. Following the transaction, KBI AS no longer holds shares in the LTIP. KBI AS holds 250 000 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
