Mandatory notification of trade - correction

On 24th February 2021, in connection with a launch of a new company within the Athanase group, entities connected to primary insider Stefan Charette, a member of the board, sold Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares with Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II selling 631,597 shares at NOK 59.9142 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB selling 2,306,802 shares at NOK 59.9142. At the same time Athanase Tech AB bought 2,938,399 shares at NOK 59.9142. After the transaction entities connected to Stefan Charette hold in aggregate 3,420,125 shares representing 17.43% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Tech AB and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB own 2,938,399 and 481,726 shares respectively.
