Following this purchase Kerian AS owns 100,000 shares in SKI NO, representing 0.1136% of the share capital and the voting rights in SKI NO. Kerian AS is the fully owned investment company by Haavard Nord, chairman of Skitude Holding AS. The percentage has been calculated based on 88,025,691 issued shares in SKI NO.
