Reference is made to the stock exchange notification regarding possible purchase of shares in Pareto Bank in connection with bonus and employee share purchase program.
Based on received sales interest from shareholders, employees have on 29 March 2021 purchased a total of 177 231 shares in the bank. The shares are purchased at a price of NOK 47 per share, giving a total purchase price of NOK 8 329 857.
