In order to arrange settlement for certain of the new shares to be delivered in the Private Placement, a share lending arrangement has been agreed with Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS, a close associate of Board member Kristin Aase. Pursuant to this arrangement, Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS has agreed to lend out 605,017 shares in the Company.
