Artec Holding AS (a company closely associated with board member Bjørn Finnøy) has today purchased 8,500,000 shares in Endúr ASA at an average price per share of NOK 0.902. Post the purchase Artec Holding AS owns 304,628,789 shares in Endúr ASA.
