Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Sikri Holding AS (“Sikri”) on 26 April 2021, regarding the successful completion of a Private Placement.
As set out therein, allocation of shares to Carucel N59 AS (“Carucel”) was 217,400 shares, at a price per share of NOK 115. Carucel is a company closely associated to Preben Rasch-Olsen, a board member in Sikri. After completion of private placement, Carucel will hold 2,090,218 shares in Sikri, representing 11.12% of issued and outstanding shares in the company.
