Reference is made to the transaction involving the sale of five property owning companies from Hospitality Invest AS and its subsidiary Hi Capital AS to Pioneer Property Group ASA’s subsidiary Pioneer Hotel Properties AS. Please see separate stock exchange notice for the details regarding the transaction published by Hospitality Invest AS and Pioneer Property Group ASA.
Hospitality Invest AS and Hi Capital AS has today received the following bonds in Norlandia Health & Care Group ASA from Pioneer Property Group ASA as payment in kind:
i) Hospitality Invest AS has received NHC01 with a total principle amount of 181 000 000 at a price of 100.375 and NHC02 with a total principle amount of 139 000 000 at a price of 100.375.
ii) Hi Capital AS has received NHC01 with a total principle amount of 15 000 000 at a price of 100.375 and NHC02 with a total principle amount of 24 500 000 at a price of 100.375
Hospitality Invest AS, HI Capital AS and Pioneer Property Group ASA are closely associated with Roger Adolfsen, a board member in Norlandia Health & Care Group AS.
