Avance Gas Holding Ltd (“Avance” or the “Company”) hereby announces that 213,000 share options have been issued to Mr Ben Martin (CCO) and that 213,000 share options have been issued to Mrs Randi Navdal Bekkelund (CFO). The options will have a 5 year term and become exercisable as follows; 53,250 options vest after 12 months at a subscription price of NOK 44.94 per share, 53,250 options vest after 24 months at a subscription price of NOK 54.94 per share, and 106,500 options vest after 36 months at a subscription price of NOK 64.94 per share.
