On 20th and 21st May 2021, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board of Zalaris ASA, re-allocated Zalaris ASA shares. Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II bought 64 173 shares at NOK 61.9916 on 20th May and bought 42 765 shares at NOK 62.5411 on 21st May. Athanase Industrial Partners II KB sold 64 173 shares at NOK 61.9916 on 20th May and bought 278 778 shares at NOK 62.5411 on 21st May. Athanase Tech AB sold 321 543 shares at NOK 62.5411 on 21st May. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 3 420 125 shares representing 17.00% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Tech AB own 696 331, 106 938 and 2 616 856 shares respectively.
