On 20th May 2021 Tom Staahle, a person closely associated to PDMR Linda Forberg, acquired 6,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 8.2 per share and 635 shares at a price NOK 7.9 per share. After the transaction Linda Forberg’s total number of shares including the shares owned by her closely associated persons is 1,006,635 shares.
On 19th May 2021 IC Services AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Espen Magnussen and Christian Bjørnstad, sold 24,422,535 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 8.0 per share to NFH 210392 AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Espen Magnussen and Christian Bjørnstad. After the transaction Espen Magnussen’s and Christian Bjørnstad’s total number of shares including the shares owned by their closely associated persons remains unchanged.
