The new shareholding of Magnuschess AS is 5,025,000. Idekapital AS, a close associate of Anders Brandt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Play Magnus AS, purchased 52,000 shares at a price of NOK 20.57 per share on May 27, 2021. The new shareholding of Idekapital AS is 1,319,000. Andreas Thome, CEO of Play Magnus AS, purchased 15,000 shares at a price of NOK 20.00 per share on May 27, 2021.
