Hospitality Invest AS today transferred 22 NHC01 (ISIN NO 001 0780604 (NOK)) bonds for a total of NOK 11,000,000 (face value) and 278 NHC02 (ISIN NO 001 0780612 (SEK)) bonds for a total of SEK 139,000,000 (face value) to Norlandia Health & Care Group AS, in each case as payment in kind (debt conversion).
Hospitality Invest AS is a closely associated person with each of Roger Adolfsen and Kristian Adolfsen, both board members in Norlandia Health & Care Group AS.
