NRC Group ASA: 2021 Employee Share Purchase Program

NRC Group ASA ("NRC" or the "Company") has today carried out its employee share purchase program for 2021. Participants in the share purchase program were offered a discount of 20 percent on the closing share price as of 2 June 2021. Hence, each participant paid NOK 14.21 per share. In connection with the program, the Company has today transferred 281,759 of its shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program. Following the transaction, NRC will hold 583 own shares. The following primary insiders have purchased shares: Henning Olsen, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 2,252 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mr. Olsen owns 95,025 shares and 30,000 share options in the Company. Harri Lukkarinen, EVP and MD NRC Finland, has purchased 2,252 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mr. Lukkarinen owns 12,681 shares and 49,500 share options in the Company. Arild Ingar Moe, EVP and MD NRC Norway, has purchased 2,252 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mr. Moe owns 152,252 shares and 0 share options in the Company. Ina Pettersen, EVP Group Head of HR, has purchased 2,252 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mrs. Pettersen owns 2,252 shares and 0 share options in the Company. Jussi Mattsson, EVP and Head of Strategy and Business Development, has purchased 2,252 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mr. Mattsson owns 5,252 shares and 0 share options in the Company.
