SATS ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Country Manager Sweden and Denmark and primary insider Linda-Li Cederroth has through her wholly owned company MM&I Holding AB disposed 8 000 shares in SATS ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 24.00. Following this transaction, Cederroth holds 35 320 shares in SATS ASA, in addition to the shares held by her in SATS Management Invest AS, which owns 8 651 488 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 5.0% of the shares in the Company.
