FRO – Notification of trade

Inger M. Klemp, CFO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 120,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring June 4th 2021. Ms Klemp has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date September 6th 2021 and TRS price NOK 71.136338 per underlying share. In addition, Ms Klemp owns 180,000 shares in Frontline, and holds options to acquire 120,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed. This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
