Salmon Evolution ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Kristofer Reiten, a board member in Salmon Evolution ASA, has on June 10th purchased 78,000 shares through his wholly owned company Bortebakken AS in Salmon Evolution ASA at a price of NOK 6.3738 per share. After the transaction Kristofer Reiten holds 1,058,033 shares through his wholly owned company Bortebakken AS. This information is in accordance with MAR article 19.
