Pexip Holding ASA Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Oslo, June 10, 2021: Odd Sverre Østlie, CEO of Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or the "Company", Oslo Børs ticker "PEXIP", LEI 549300S79JFZK79XBI07)and person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company transferred 50,000 shares in Pexip to his closely associated and wholly-owned company Muzungu Invest AS on June 9, 2021. Following the transfer, Mr. Østlie and his closely associated companies hold 411,729 shares and 110,000 rights to shares in Pexip, which is unchanged from before the transaction.
