In the annual general meeting held 2021-06-15, 10.00 CEST it was decided to grant share options to the board members of Norsk Solar AS (NSOL) LEI 5493004LTD1J05Y8NZ88 as per below: Kari M. Fremme, member of the Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS, was given 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS (NSOL).50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2021 and 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2022. Following this grant Fremme owns 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS. Joakim B. Johnsen, member of the Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS, was given 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS (NSOL). 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2021 and 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2022. Following this grant Johnsen owns 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS. Kristin Skofteland, member of the Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS, was given 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS (NSOL). 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2021 and 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2022. Following this grant Skofteland owns 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS. Nils Petter Skaset, member of the Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS, was given 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS (NSOL). 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2021 and 50,000 of the options vests at 31/12/2022. Following this grant Skaset owns 100,000 share options in Norsk Solar AS. All the options give right to acquire shares in Norsk Solar AS (NSOL). The exercise price for these grants are set at NOK 9.50 per share. See also attached forms KRT 1500.
