Mandatory notification of trade

CEO Arne Mjøs has through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS (AMI) today closed future contracts of 2,800,000 shares in Itera (ITE). Simultaneously, AMI has opened new future contracts for 2,600,000 shares at a price of NOK 8.7533 and expiration date 17 September 2021. New total holding is 26,949,911 shares (32.8%) of which 2,600,000 shares on future contracts. In addition, Arne Mjøs has 57,960 options.
