ICE Fish Farm AS – Mandatory notification of trade by close associate of primary insider

Midt Norsk Havbruk AS ("MNH" or the "Company") has today sold all of its shares in ICE Fish Farm AS ("ICE Fish Farm") and reference is made to a separate stock exchange announcement published earlier today. Following completion, MNH does not control any shares in ICE Fish Farm. MNH is owned 100% by NTS ASA ("NTS").
NTS is considered a company that is a close associate of primary insider in ICE Fish Farm AS, Roar Myhre (Head of Finance and Administration of NTS) and Dagfinn Eliassen (deputy chief executive of NTS).
