Granting of employee share options

Oslo, Norway, 1 July 2021 Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has granted 931,500 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 59.69 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual report 2020 for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.
