Oslo, 13 July 2021: Reference is made to the announcement by Vow Green Metals AS (OSE ticker VGM) ("VGM" or the "Company") on 9 July 2021, where it announced the successful completion of the demerger with Vow ASA and the subsequent listing of VGM on Euronext Growth Oslo on 12 July 2021. In connection with the completion of the demerger, the following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders received consideration shares and options, respectively, in the Company: Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS, a close associate of the chairman of the Company's board of directors, Narve Reiten, received 31,145,000 consideration shares in the Company as a result of the demerger. Badin Invest Limited, a close associate of primary insider and the interim CEO of the Company, Henrik Badin, received 9,900,000 consideration shares in the Company as a result of the demerger. Maria Therese Victoria Badin, a close associate of primary insider and the interim CEO of the Company, Henrik Badin, received 39,999 consideration shares in the Company as a result the demerger. Henrik Badin, the Interim CEO of the Company, received 110,000 share options in the Company as a result of the demerger. Cecilie Jonassen, the CEO of the Company (effective 16 August 2021), received 120,000 share options in the Company as a result of the demerger. Lars Mårdalen, the CFO of the Company, received 110,000 share options in the Company as a result of the demerger. In addition, the following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders made the following trades in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth on Monday 12 July 2021: Kari Stine Tærum, a primary insider and member of the Company's board of directors, acquired 34,000 shares in the Company on 12 July 2021 for a total value of NOK 198,900.00. Anne Vasbotten Hartman, a close associate of primary insider and member of the Company's board of directors, Carl Rembert Hartmann, acquired 25,000 shares in the Company on 12 July 2021 for a total value of NOK 143,407.50.
